What is CHC’s Experience?

CHC Goes the Extra Mile:

In October 2016 during the threat of Hurricane Matthew, CHC provided complimentary Storm Watch services for its clients by checking homes before the storm removing furniture from porches or any items that might be a hazard and after the storm to assess possible damage. CHC notified each homeowner of the results of these special home checks. Thankfully, there was no serious home damage in our community.

Who Is Ginny Sublet, PhD?

Over the past seven years, CHC has dealt with a variety of client home issues including leaking water pipes, malfunctioning air conditioning/heating systems, plumbing issues (toilets and faucets), and improperly working refrigerators/freezers.  In addition, CHC has handled problems with dysfunctional home security alarms, insect infestations, roofing damage, and landscaping concerns.  CHC, also, responds to special homeowner needs such as alarm company alerts, package deliveries, mail pick-up, as well as service provider, condo or townhouse association access. CHC provides recommendations for service providers if clients do not have their own.  These experiences and resources, along with a strong attention to detail, make CHC a great solution for your home watch concerns.

My name is Ginny Sublet. I own and operate the Celebration Home Concierge (CHC), LLC, incorporated in 2010. CHC is licensed, insured, and bonded. I have been a Celebration resident 10 years. My husband and I moved to Orlando in 1999 and built a home in Windermere. In 2007, we bought our home and became residents of Celebration. Prior to moving to Orlando, we lived in Cincinnati, Ohio where I completed my PhD at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Toxicology in the Department of Environmental Health. During my professional career, I was a Senior Toxicologist in the Office of the Director, at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention until 2013 when I made CHC my full-time work.

I have been involved in our Celebration community through my business, work with the Celebrators, and support of the Celebration Foundation.
